Calendar with provision of special days, auspicious days and Panchang is provided.
For every date, (panchang) is available. This is useful as sales seasons depend upon auspicious days. You can enter special days for any date. E.g. Inauguration date your of shop.

User wise schedule, to do work list, pending task with auto reminder.
User can see to do task list for him or other user. This task can be daily, weekly, monthly or particular date. Software will remind pending tasks to that user, automatically while login. Postponing of task, cancellation of task with reason and remark is stock can be stored.

Backup, Restore facility available.
Easy to operate backup facility with encryption and password security is available. Back up register is maintained and backup is taken in different directories for different weekdays.

Yearend Option. Carry forward accounting balances any number of times to New Year.
Year ending can be done with press of key. Stock and accounting balances are carry forward in next year with new database. All closing entries are done automatically. Accounting balances can be re transferred to new years, if changes are done in previous year. This can be done any number of times.

Scan all inward/outward documents. Store them as in files. Scan and store all source documents like purchase bills against that entry.
Make you office paper less. Do not depend on office files. Instead of that, scan all inward/ outward documents and store them in soft copy with proper classification like we have in files. Scanned documents can be associated with documents entered in software like in case of purchase bill.

Cataloging Software for ornaments.
Catalog of ornament can be maintained in software with images of ornament and additional details. Ornaments can be classified in categories and text information is stored against each ornament. Design number, type , Designer name, supplier name with approximate weight and diamond details can be stored. At a time 8 or 12 ornament can be seen. Search on different options is available. You can print catalog and export it to Excel, PDA. Quotation can be prepared from catalog software, which will be stored as our normal documents. Items in the stock can be viewed in catalog style.

Certificate printing of diamonds, diamond ornaments
You can print certificate of ornaments with image and other details on it. This can be printed at the time of labeling ornament, while sale billing or with special option.
