Ever user will be assigned to particular roll in organization e.g. Mr. xyz is sales man and his roll will be salesman at main branch. Menus that should be made available are set against roll. Every roll is applied with documents that can be entered and reports that can be viewed. With all this, each user will have menus, document, reports, which are required to him, not any thing more. This gives security to system and user training is simplified.

User definable report allows user to create own reports. Reports can have conditional fields and calculated fields. Report can have filter and sort order. Report can be export to excel.
