Issue / receipts of metal, diamonds, stones.
Issue of metal to smith can be done with proper allow mixing. Purity of metal (If applicable) can be mentioned for further reporting. Also you can issue diamonds, color stones. This can be done in gross or order (Job) wise. Lot wise standard bar issue can be done to smith. Normally receipt from smith is ready ornament. This again can be recorded with purity. Labor charges of smith or wastage can be entered. In case of labor charges, TDS calculation is done and proper accounting treatment is given. Smith wastage and labor charges can be fixed using smith quotations. Special provision is done for accepting small metal pieces (Chura) from smith alone with ornaments

Job wise issues of diamond, color stone
Diamonds, color stone can be issued to smith for each job. Job wise issues that are yet to be delivered by smith can be reported. Broken diamond or lost diamonds has to be feed to software. Diamonds can be studded from smith stock by smith. Stock of smith/sub contractor as per job number and diamond type wise, color stone wise is available.

Refinery issue, receipt with metal loss / profit accounting.
Refinery issue, receipt transactions can be handled with wastage (Tut) consideration. Lot wise refinery issue can be done which can be used to determine branch wise period wise profit and loss in old gold purchase.

Provision of purity wise alloy mixing, provision of wastage.
While issuing standard bar to smith, allow wt. is calculated as per expected purity of ornament. Purity wise stock of metal issue and receipt is maintained Smith quotation for labor charges, wastage can be entered item wise, item category wise. This is taken automatically while feeding voucher. It can be changed with proper authority at the time of voucher entry.

Order wise issue, receipts to automate supply chain.
Jobs to be given to Smith (Orders) are generated from customer orders and stock orders (Order for shop sales stock). These orders are distributed to smith alone with detail information, photo or with samples, stones if any. These jobs are treated as work in process orders. After job is received from smith it is transferred to appropriate branch/counter. It is treated as ready to delivery i.e. delivery stock. If order is stock order it is marked as completed and ornaments are send for labeling. Customer order is open till sales bill of all the items in the order is prepared or till explicitly marked as completed. Status of each item in the order can be viewed any time with press of a key. More than one smith can process one order. Repair work jobs can be processed as per above method along with details of addition of metal if any.

Smith wise work in progress orders with delivery schedule.
Smith wise record of work in progress orders is maintained with details of shop stock orders and customer orders. Late orders can be traced. Special delivery date wise – smith wise pending order report is provided to ensure timely delivery to customer.

Maintenance of sample, customer stone issue and receipts..
Samples are given to smith along with order slip. Samples are taken from smith while taking order item. Samples pending with smith are reported with details of order number, wt. and label number of item if applicable. Balance pending with smith can be displayed with or without shop samples.

Smith wise metal wise, purity wise ledger with stones, samples.
From issue/receipts, software generate purity wise metal ledger along with stone, diamond details. Ledger of stones, diamond for particular smith is also available. Repair job transitions and samples given to smith forms part of Smith ledger.

Barcode printing on laser, inkjet prints on any type of label sizes.
Barcode printing can be done on any type of barcode printer. Item wise different label formats can be used. These formats can be easily customized, as per your need. You can also print barcode labels on normal laser, inject prints. Software provides module to set label size and format of label on sheet stationary. Inject prints can print with different colors on label and photograph of the ornament can be printed.

Summary of stock pending with sub-contractor, excess stock with us.
Summary of smith wise opening balance, issue, receipt, closing stock is provided. Balance stock with us or with smith is used to tally total stock in summary report of stock
