Different type of item group wise stock reports.
Geographically apart branches can be seamlessly connected on single, centralized database. Connectivity is networking issue and user can take his own decision.

Daily Cash, Cheque, Credit, credit card, metal received reports.
Report of transaction wise and in summary formats for all transactions with classification of cash, credit, cheque, card, gift vouches is available. Stock / metal stock reports with gross wt., net wt. with transaction details are available. With effective counter management system with maker checker, closing stock tally, Cashier module, these reports are rarely required for day end operations. But reports are available in software for reference.

Documents not passed reports are available in location wise as well as user wise. These reports are particularly important where intransient stock system is in use.

Label wise stock reports like location wise labels with details, check list for labels are provided. A label status report with all transactions on particular label (History of Label) is available. Report on labels (Ornaments) with particular studded diamonds, color stone is available. Studded details can be searched on item name (like diamond, ruby ) , weight range , attribute( like diamond type, clarity )

Ledgers, stock reports, work in progress reports for sub contractors are provided with sub contractor transactions registers.

List of Document like sales bill, RD Purchase etc. with Different search and filter options.
Document list with filter on any column and search options helps for searching any documents quickly. These lists are date wise with drill down to document level.

Sales, Purchase etc. registers with weight, VAT details.
Sales, purchase registers are available with tax type details and weight details. User can add different columns, sort report and apply filters like location, supplier/customer etc.
Employee’s details with complete profile will be stored in software. This detail includes commonly required information along with date of joining, PF details, family information.

Attendance module for employee.
Attendance module takes in-out time of employee using finger print recognition device. Totals hours of employee excluding lunch break is available in report. Instead of special device manual entry is also possible.

Payroll module can be made available on make to order basis depending up on your organization procedures.

Incentive with sales man wise sales.
Sales man wise sales incentive can be calculated on sales weight, value. Basis of incentive can be set on order taken, order sale and normal sale. Detailed and summarized both reports are available.
