Bar coding / RFID’s can be used with weighting scale connectivity.
Each ornament will have unique label (barcode) no. If you want you can reuse already sold numbers. Barcode label can be used for order items also. Labels are used to perform every transaction of those items. Barcode labeling ensures accuracy while entering data. Software provides fast way for bar code labeling to ensure that you can label ornaments in very short time. Weighing scale can be connected to computer, so that stable weight is taken automatically by software while labeling.

Labeling details including supplier / smith name, received date, Hallmarking details, design No., No of pieces, value, studded diamonds and stones, up to 4 images of products.
Labeling details includes items name, item category, ct / purity, making (Labor) charges, pieces, gross wt., net. Wt., supplier/smith name, received date; hallmarking details, design no, designer name, value, studded diamond / stones details and up to 4 images of product. You can switch off, any of the above details, if you did not wanted.

Maintenance of Labeled / no labeled / Quality checked inventory.
Bulk stock is transferred for labeling. E.g. -100gm of bangles is given for labeling. Labeling will be done to each ornament. Software maintained labeled stock in wt. as well as by label number and non-labeled stock in weight.

Quantity / Colors / shape/ clarity of diamond can be specified while labeling.
Labeling details of diamond includes attributes like 4C’s carets, color, cut, clarity alone with picture. As a matter of fact, you can add any other attributes against item group, which will be automatically taken for entry. Exhaustive reporting on above attributes is available.
In case of studded ornament more than one stone / diamond details can be stored against one ornament as a studded. Rate chart can be used to calculate value of diamond.

De labeling of labeled ornament.
De-labeling is reverse process of labeling. Labeled items can be de-labeled with proper security. De-labeling is needed in case of wrong labeling.

Sales analysis /fast moving item analysis / inventory carrying days analysis.
Analysis of monthly sales is done ornament wise, it’s category wise, and weight range wise. This gives clear idea about sales pattern of ornaments. Analysis of % wise sales alone with pieces, weight details is available in above formats.

Analysis will be item wise/ item category wise / location wise / weight range wise / design & size wise.
Due to labeling it is possible to generate wide range of reporting like fast moving – slow moving analysis, % wise sales analysis, dead stock, sales vs. closing stock analysis. There is no need of feeding any extra data at the time of sales. This analysis is with different options like item wise/ item category wise / location wise / weight range wise / design & size wise.

Periodical stock taking module ensures proper label wise stock at particular Location.
Proper method is provided to take barcode wise stock. Scanning barcodes in stock taking module saves considerable time. Labels which are in stock but not physically available can be identified with this option. You can use special data capturing device for this purpose. You can also get information that which labels are not in computer stock but are present physically.

Barcode printing on laser, inkjet prints on any type of label sizes.
Barcode printing can be done on any type of barcode printer. Item wise different label formats can be used. These formats can be easily customized, as per your need. You can also print barcode labels on normal laser, inject prints. Software provides module to set label size and format of label on sheet stationary. Inject prints can print with different colors on label and photograph of the ornament can be printed.

Transfer data to other branches at the time of stock transfer using data file.
If Labeling is done at one particular place (Centralized labeling) and is distributed to all branches, data of label can be sent alone with ornaments to avoid reentering of label. This data is in encrypted format and you can use any data storage device or Internet. After receiving data it can be checked and authorized by respective branch authorities. Centralized labeling has advantage as it ensures proper control.
