Sales Promotions / Saving Schemes

 

Monthly saving (sanchay) scheme management. It’s reporting and proper accounting.

Options to accept monthly saving schemes members, monthly receipts is provided. Software will automatically give appropriate discounts, bonus while sales billing to member. Scheme master have details of period in months, discount to be given with minimum period for discount avail. You can have multiple period schemes available. Member can convert from one period scheme to more months’ scheme. Post-dated cheques can be accepted from members. With press of key, you can vie all details of a member along with late installment days if any. Reports on sales bill due in coming months, installments not received members list are available. Other important report like % wise which items are purchased against saving scheme is provided.

Gift vouchers issue / receipt and it’s accounting.

Gift vouchers can be of different denomination and unique sr. no. Software works on this unique sr. no. Gift voucher can be sold ( Issued ) to customers, can be transfer to other branches and then redelivered by customer in stipulated time period. Denomination wise, sr. no. wise gift vouchers sold but not redeemed must match with accounting figure. Other reports on gift vouchers stock are also available.

Loyalty schemes for customers. (With smart cards)

Each sale with a particular customer or family builds relationship. Software can be used to give certain concession to customer based on sales of that customer. You can use smart cards for this purpose. Issue of such card, collection of sales transaction and then concession given can be atomized.
Exhibition stock management.

You can manage exhibitions or extension counter stock using software. Stock given to exhibition, returned back and sold will be entered on separate PC. Then data can be merged with main data. Otherwise summarized feeding can be done in main data itself. Proper Stock reports will be generated by software.
Sales analysis of customer group wise, address, area, city wise, weight wise, item wise. (Know Customer Preferences!)

Knowing customer preferences gives advantage while formulating marketing strategy. Software give sales analysis based on criteria specified. You can use AND - OR operations even in address, customer name fields. This can be drill down up to sales bill. These criteria’s can be like Daily Sales bill amount and count of all customers having address field contains ‘College road’, city contains ‘ Nashik’, item is ‘Ring’ more than 10 gm Wt.
