Assign fix-working location to particular user.
User can be assign to particular location. Then that user can enter document for that location only. And can view report for that location only. While entering transfer safety locks / validations can be applied e.g. sales man cannot reduces / change charges or rate. For every document these safety locks / validations are different and can be applied if wanted.

Restrict access to particular menus to user.
User can have fix sets of menus. As other menus are disabled user’s operations are resisted. This gives much needed security to system.

Set particular documents with acceded rights of add, change delete, print, change after print.
Rights of add, change, delete, cancel, print, update after print can be set. This ensures that user is atomized to do functions, which he suppose to do. E.g. sales man can cancel bill but cannot restore that bill once cancelled.

History of all changes, deletions of documents, updating of masters. (Audit trail).
If needed, history of every change, delete, Update in transaction and master can be report. This is called as audit trail. Use name, time, date of update is stored.

Set reports available to particular user.
Reports are assigned to particular user. This ensures that any user does not misuse sensitive data about organization.

While entering transactions appropriate validations and safety locks are built in.
While entering transactions certain safety locks like changing rate entry, changing labor charges, in transit stock are available. Proper validations ensure software gives consistent results. Lock date for all entries or user wise – document wise is provided to restrict user for not changing back dated entries.

Data & Backup is stored in Encrypted format.
Security of data is of up most importance. Data is password secure with key data elements in encrypted formats. This ensures data is tamper proof and secure.Back up is in archived formats with encryption as well as password security.
